The SNP Inspired Gender Recognition bill is Creating Problem After Problem for the Politicians at Holyrood and the Political Arguments Has Now Been Dragging on For Over Two Weeks.

THEN THE ISLA BRYSON - 'TRANS-WOMAN'/OR A MALE RAPIST IN A WOMEN'S PRISON HIT THE HEADLINES

The so-called 'Trans-'Woman' in a women's prison is a convicted rapist waiting to be sentenced for two rapes.

Pictured above is the Police Scotland image of Adam Graham before he decided to "transition" and become 'Isla Bryson'.

'Isla Bryson' - this image is all over the mainstream media - notice that the blonde hair covers any signs of the facial tattoo - in other images of 'Isla Bryson' the self-styled 'Trans-woman' is dressed in pink but according to certain media sources Adam Graham has not undergone Trans-surgery, so all his male genitalia is intact.

To begin with, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon dug her heels in over her 'Gender Recognition' and 'Gender Reform' legislation, then the 'trans-woman/rapist in a women's prison' story hit the mainstream media. All the political attention shifted to Cornton Vale women's prison near Stirling and suddenly all the posturing by the SNP about defying Westminster over the proposed gender legislation for Scotland slammed to a halt.

Labour Party leader Keir Starmer struggled to answer the question "Can a woman have a penis?" but it seems that at least Nicola Sturgeon knows that only a biological male has one.

The rapid change of direction by the First Minister meant that Bryson/Graham would not be staying at Cornton Vale prison but would be directly transferred to HM Prison Edinburgh.

Amazingly, First Minister Sturgeon then made this statement,
"There is no automatic right for a trans woman convicted of a crime to serve their sentence in a female prison, even if they have a gender recognition certificate."

No wonder that the Scottish Conservative party leader Douglas Ross described this as a "screeching U-turn" by Nicola Sturgeon.

So the convicted rapist Adam Graham/Isla Bryson is going to serve his/her sentence in a men's prison. (Wonder how soon it will be before all the 'trans-woman' stance is dropped and he/she reverts or is it 'transitions' back to being Adam Graham?

Although the mainstream media in Scotland are reluctant to discuss it, the general tone of reports suggests that although the majority of MSP's at Holyrood back the 'Gender Reform' legislation, the majority of ordinary Scots do not want this.

Meanwhile, while the SNP and the Scottish Greens are totally focussed on fighting for so-called 'Trans-Rights' which in reality applies to a tiny percentage of the Scottish population, the education of thousands of Scottish school students is in jeopardy.

Another Story That Refuses to go away....

The Migrants/Asylum-Seeker Grooming Gangs at 'Work' in Scotland

Police Scotland continue to throw up a smokescreen about non-white grooming gangs operating in Scottish cities. From about 2016 onwards Police Scotland has investigated the grooming gangs which were abusing vulnerable Scottish girls. The most recent reports were exposed in the press in 2020, Operation Carrar pointed at possibly as many as 55 suspects in the Glasgow area with at least 44 victims. Of those suspects, all were either Asian or Middle Eastern in ethnic origins and although all the authorities in Glasgow tried to cover it up, there were 28 asylum-seeker/migrants in that group of suspected 'groomers' and abusers.

The main source for information on this situation was a major report by The Scottish Sun in February 2020, but most of the mainstream media avoided the story.

There were prosecutions according to the Scottish Sun, but Police Scotland continue to maintain a smokescreen around the cases. The Sun also suggested that at least 14 of the groomers were either deported or were going to be deported.

This situation refuses to go away and according to leaked information there are still at least 22 of those suspected 'groomers' still living in the Glasgow area.

Looks Like the SNP are Wanting a Showdown with the Westminster Government

Good Start to 2023 Nicola Sturgeon!

**** BM Scotland held back on this article until we saw how the Conservative government would react to the new SNP led legislation.

The Gender Reform bill for Scotland is providing a useful mechanism for the SNP to challenge the Westminster government and push Scottish Independence into the forefront (again).

Predictably First Minister Sturgeon is angrily denouncing the Westminster government's blocking of the Gender Reform bill, but BM Scotland suspects that privately the SNP are delighted because it provides a political confrontation where Scottish Independence can be used as an excuse for challenging Whitehall. This of course ignores that fact that the right of the British government to over rule Holyrood based legislation was written into the original devolution rules that Holyrood accepted in the first place.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak was manipulated into a no-win situation by the Scottish government because if Westminster let Holyrood push the Gender Reform bill into law, then there would be serious legal outcomes for the rest of the UK. But if Sunak blocked the Holyrood approved bill, , as they have now done, it puts Westminster on a collision course with the Scottish government and tactically that suits the SNP. No doubt that the Scottish Greens are hoping to ride in on the SNP's coat-tails too.

Meanwhile there are nurses and ambulance strikes in NHS Scotland, strikes in Scotland's schools as teachers stage strikes and walkouts over pay. But the SNP want to focus on Westminster blocking the 'democratic will of the Scottish people'.

Get ready for weeks of political grandstanding by Sturgeon and the SNP.

Although the Scottish Greens, the Scottish Labour Party and the Liberal Democrats at Holyrood support the Gender Reform bill, it is the SNP pushing the agenda - but a good percentage of ordinary Scots do not want this gender based 'woke' legislation to become law.
