Official Government Figures Show That Scotland

Has Taken In And Settled More Syrian Refugees

Than Any Other Part Of The United Kingdom
Although Scotland has a total population of less than 7 million, the determination of the Holyrood government to transform Scotland into a 'show-piece' multi-cultural, neo-liberal country has shown that of all the constituent provinces of the (so-called) United Kingdom, Scotland is taking more Syrian refugees than England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

 That is just Syrian refugees, with no reference to how many other Third World asylum-seekers, refugees and economic migrants are being settled in Scotland, legally entering Alba and those unknown hundreds illegally settling in Scotland's larger urban centres.

Desperate Attempts at Revival

Labour Party leader (for now) Jeremy Corbyn visited Scotland to try to breathe life back

into the decaying edifice that was once the Scottish Labour Party.

The 'LGBT' leader of Scottish Labou, welcome Kezia Dugdale, welcomed her Marxist comrade, the beleaguered Jezza Corbyn to address the Labour Party faithful in Scotland.

Be interesting to see if Labour loses its last remaining Westminster MP when the next General Election happens.

Syrian Refugees Don't Like Life on Bute

 

A number of Scottish and UK national newspapers have reported on the story of the 'grateful' Syrian refugees who were (according to Holyrood spokesmen) all set to begin new lives on the Isle of Bute when they arrived there in December 2015 and January 2016, have now changed their minds.

Empty homes, furniture and all the fittings were provided for those Syrian families on arrival on Bute; cupboards were stocked with food, social security in place, spending money was available, dental and health care provided, Arabic translators accompanied them, they were at the front of the queue for all that they needed or wanted.

Now just over six months there and the Syrians all want to move to Glasgow to join other Syrians there. ( We seem to remember that this blog predicted that this would happen).

Remember Nicola Sturgeon and other SNP multi-culturalists bragging about how Scotland was ahead of the rest of the United Kingdom in settling Syrian refugee families ?

How wonderful it was going to be as these new Arabic 'Scots' built new lives on the Isle of Bute, and all their children would study to become doctors?

Now they say that they don't like living there. They want to go to live in Glasgow.

Didnae take long eh?   

One of the Syrians even told a journalist that they had no idea where they were being taken when they arrived in Scotland, they thought that they were going to London or Manchester.

So much for all those big stories in the Daily Record and the Scotsman at the time.

So let the SNP explain now as to exactly how much money has been spent on the fiasco on Bute.

And how many genuine Scots there and across Argyll had to wait while resources were lavished

on providing everything immediately for the refugees arriving on Bute.

NICOLA STURGEON - SNP FIRST MINISTER

ON AN EGO TRIP

Last year the Independence Referendum closed the book on independence for Scotland, or so we were told. Now in the aftermath of this year's EU Referendum SNP leader Sturgeon has re-launched

the demand for Scottish independence and is strutting around Holyrood, Westminster and Brussels presenting herself as some kind of 'player' in international negotiations. Nicola Sturgeon has no legal powers to act in Brussels as if she is the leader of an independent sovereign state.
Already in Westminster the new Conservative Cabinet has told Sturgeon that there is no chance
for Scotland to negotiate with Brussels separately from the British Government.

     This week Nicola Sturgeon has had the thrill of newly appointed British Prime Minister Theresa May travelling up to Edinburgh to discuss future political policies with her, rather than the Scottish First Minister being required to travel down to Westminster to meet with Britain's senior National politician. (Why has Theresa May adopted this posture of weakness?)
Meanwhile Nicola Sturgeon's ego trip continues, promising the people of Scotland policies and a future that the SNP cannot possibly deliver.

But What Now For Scotland?
The SNP wants to break up the United Kingdom
and take Scotland into the globalist EU.
Some people cannot accept that the Remain campaign lost the referendum on EU membership for the United Kingdom. Certainly Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon refuses to accept the national result. The SNP have tried to ignore the result of the referendum last year on Scottish independence, and now the SNP is trying to twist the EU referendum result in Scotland to justify not only Scotland breaking away from the United Kingdom, but also for Scotland to remain in the failing European Union.
What Nicola Sturgeon, Alex Salmond and the rest of the SNP leadership fail to understand is that the SNP totally miscalculated the direction of Scotland's economy since the Independence Referendum, and now that Brexit is declared and some other European countries are calling for possible exit from the EU, the SNP wants to take an independent Scotland into a failing Euro Zone. 
Note too the cosy relationship between the SNP hierarchy and the Irish Republican politicians in Northern Ireland who are trying to use the result of the EU Referendum in Northern Ireland to break up Ulster and slide the province into a united Ireland and the EU.

SNP leader and Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon squats amongst these Indian colonists
as they celebrate the opening of the huge Glasgow Gurdwara.
This new, three storey Sikh temple cost over £8 million to build and has the capacity for 1,500 worshippers.
Nicola Sturgeon appears to accept this and even dresses like a Sikh woman to indicate her support for
this particular 'ethnic minority' presence in Glasgow.
What kind of 'Scottish Nationalist' is she?

ELECTIONS ARE OVER

But the SNP Circus is still in town

The elections to the Scottish Parliament are over and the SNP remains the dominant party at Holyrood, although not as dominant as Nicola Sturgeon was hoping for.

Still the election results were the expected democratic circus and it was pleasing to see the

 Labour Party taking another fall in support, though not falling as far as we had hoped.

Good to see more of the career politicians of Scottish Labour losing their seats and with it their cushy salaries and related expenses accounts.

Pity that the money-grabbing Tories were able to creep back in the door, but the Holyrood circus has to have its clowns.
