New Hate Crime Laws (Scotland) Come Into Force on April Fool's Day - April 1st a Fitting Tribute to Woke Enforcement.

NEW HATE CRIME LAW < Hate Crime and Public Order Act> COMES INTO FORCE ON APRIL FOOL'S DAY- APRIL 1ST A FITTING TRIBUTE TO 'WOKE' ENFORCEMENT.

The Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act

The date April 1st is traditionally known as 'April Fool's Day' across Britain and Scotland's First Minister, and the SNP Joker-in-Chief, Humza Yousaf has pushed forward the new legislation to become law across Scotland on that date - a fitting tribute to a ridiculous and oppressive new law.

Passed three years ago by the Scottish parliament at Holyrood, the new 'woke' enforcement legislation will fortunately only be enforced in Scotland and has no legal authority in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Malicious and anonymous complaints to Police Scotland by leftist activists will see the new law 'weaponised '  against anyone the 'progressive Left' oppose or want to silence.

Police Scotland has promised to investigate every complaint it receives.

Although Humza Yousaf has recently taken to publicly defending his new law and has denounced any possibility of malicious or hostile reporting

One mainstream media outlet said;

"Scotland’s First Minister has warned against using a controversial new hate crime law to make “vexatious” complaints.

Concerns have been raised about the Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act, which takes effect on Monday, and its potential impact on free speech."

The political Left will use the new 'Hate crime' law to maximum effect, after all, why should the anti-fascist, anti-racist, environmentalist < e.g. Just Stop Oil> , the LGBTQ and Trans activists bother to get their hands dirty when just a few selected, anonymous complaints will ensure that Police Scotland will throw all its resources into investigating, harassing, arresting and prosecuting those 'hateful' individuals being targeted. And don't forget, even if no criminal charges are brought, or no prosecutions take place, the Police will still open a permanent file on the targeted individual and record a "Non-Crime Hate incident" against them, which will stay on record and can be used at a later date to provide a "confidential" black mark against that person during job applications or security clearance checks.

Police Scotland already maintain secret records of 'Non-crime' incidents on individual citizens and the new legislation will lead to the creation of a 'Non-crime hate register'. One aspect of which will be that the persons recorded in this register will not be told of their listing.

Certain sources within the SNP government have stated that individuals who are "offended" will be able to make anonymous and confidential complaints to Police Scotland without any fear of being prosecuted for malicious, false or unproven allegations. There are rumours of special 'Confidential telephone hot-lines' being provided to assist reporting of 'Hate incidents'.

The pattern of snooping, spying and secretly reporting on neighbours, work colleagues, or even family members is worthy of the old East German Stasi or the current regimes in Communist China, North Korea or Iran.

Remember, the new legislation covers not just speech or activity in public, but also covers speech, statements, jokes, songs or even gestures on private property or even in domestic settings and individual's own homes.

For the cultural Marxists in the SNP all this is desirable and is pushing Scotland into very dark and sinister waters. This is state control by stealth, the gradual erosion of freedom of speech, freedom of thought and political expression, and the gradual creation of a Soviet style cultural Marxist system of thought crime and thought management.

Official 'Hate Crime' Posters Do Not Reflect the Truth

The reality is that the SNP will instigate a clamp down on perceived 'Hate crimes' based on race and protection of ethnic minorities and sexual 'minority groups' such as Trans. The image of a White woman suggests a focus on misogyny, but Humza Yousaf is well known for his anti-white rants and tantrums, his focus will be on perceived 'Islamaphobia' or  supposed 'racist' behaviour and racial slurs.

Under the new Hate Crime and Public Order Act (Scotland) the BM Scotland images below will be a "potential Hate crimes" just for championing the White indigenous people of Scotland.

No doubt certain professional anti-fascists and anti-racists will be eagerly reached for their phones to report them on April 1st.
