BM SCOTLAND: The SNP is Heading for a General Election Meltdown; The New Hate Crime Law has Police Scotland Making Excuses for Humza Yousaf .
Poll indicators predict that support for the SNP amongst Scottish voters has gone into meltdown and the SNP can expect massive loses at the next General Election.
Humza Yousaf has created even more distrust and dissatisfaction amongst the Scottish electorate than Nicola Sturgeon ever did.
The New 'Hate Crime Law'
Police Scotland have issued a 'special script' to call centre officers handling complaints about the 2020 speech by Humza Yousaf his now notorious- "White ! White!" rant. The specially worded script denies that Humza Yousaf made a 'Hate speech' and makes a thin 'legal' excuse to explain why it was not a 'hate crime' and will not be investigated, prosecuted or even recorded as a 'non-hate crime' incident.
He was Justice Secretary for Scotland at the time and seemed angry that he was just about the only senior Scottish government official was was Asian or black. The fact that over 96% of the population of Scotland is White did not seem to register with Humza Yousaf.
Now that so many people have complained to Police Scotland above the obvious anti-white racism of the speech, the police have had to rapidly create an official excuse for Humza Yousaf.
One rule for Humza Yousaf and another rule for everyone else.
Meanwhile opposition to the new Hate crime law is gaining pace and the Scottish Conservatives at Holyrood are seeking to propose that the new legislation is cancelled and repealed. Public unhappiness with the new law is growing, and at the time of writing, Police Scotland have admitted that over 10,000 complaints have been made under the new law, many are false or frivolous complaints, but the police are assigning time and resources to each complaint.
In their eagerness to use the new law, Police Scotland in Ayrshire sent uniformed officers to an address in Troon to arrest a 74 year old widow on a supposed complaint that she had used 'hurty' words in a dispute with a neighbour. Two uniformed officers bravely removed the elderly woman from her home and drove her to Kilmarnock police station where she was formerly arrested, searched and questioned for over two and a half hours. At the time of her arrest at her home in Troon, the police officers would not explain her actual offence, but told her it was under the new law. Much later after she was released without charge, Police Scotland changed the story and told the media that she was arrested under a different order offence.
Interesting how Humza Yousaf's Stasi - Thought police are so keen to bully an old age pensioner for an alleged use of insulting words, but cannot find the time or resources to deal with burglaries, car thefts, drug dealing, or shop lifting.
Oh Dear - Trouble in the family for Humza Useless.
His brother in law has been arrested and is waiting to go to trial. There have been suggestions of drug offences, extortion and kidnapping.
This brief report has appeared in a number of mainstream media outlets.
"Humza Yousaf’s brother-in-law has been arrested and charged following the death of a man in Dundee earlier this year.
Ramsay El-Nakla, 36, has been charged with abduction and extortion in a case linked to a man who died in hospital a week after falling from a window in a block of flats in Dundee on 10 January."
Nice to get a name check - article in the 'Guardian - Saturday magazine' April 13th 2024.
A black lesbian raised by two leading Glasgow Communists
And British Movement gets a mention !
In the early 1980's there were a number of groups of BM supporters at several Scottish universities.
Given that Jackie Kay was a black, lesbian activist from a Glaswegian Communist family, was she actually surprised that BM activists were campaigning against her presence at Stirling?
