New Scots Housing Fair to support refugee integration in Greenock

A HOUSING fair for refugees and asylum seekers is set to take place in Greenock.

The New Scots Housing Fair, hosted by the Scottish Refugee Council, will be held on June 11 at Lyle Gateway Church.

"It will bring together housing providers, support organisations, and community members, with the aim of improving access to information and services for New Scots, and fostering community integration.

The event will feature stalls from various associations, authorities, and support groups, with interpreters provided.

Emily Edwards, housing development officer at the Scottish Refugee Council, said: "Safe and secure housing is the foundation for rebuilding lives.

"We are delighted to bring the New Scots Housing Fair to Greenock, where communities are working together to create a welcoming environment for those starting new lives in Scotland."

River Clyde Homes, a local housing provider, also expressed support for the initiative.

A spokesperson said: "We have attended Scottish Refugee Council’s previous events and enjoyed meeting with New Scots in person to chat about their housing needs.

"A few have gone on to settle in Inverclyde.

"We are excited at the upcoming New Scots Housing Fair taking place in Inverclyde for the first time."

The free event will run from 11am to 1pm.

The Housing Fair provides an opportunity for residents and professionals to share knowledge, build connections, and ensure everyone has access to the support they need.

Housing associations and service providers are warmly encouraged to register for a stall at the event to showcase their services, share information, and connect directly with individuals seeking housing support. "

Amazing how these organisations can find the time, money, resources and enthusiasm for such projects but not a squeak from them about all those indigenous Scots who are waiting on housing lists for months and perhaps years on end.

Notice that this social engineering propaganda also casually lumps in Ukrainian refugees in with Syrians and Afghans. No doubt a lot of other 'global majority' Third World economic migrants will be attending too.

BM Scotland has no problem with the Ukrainian refugees, who are White European genuine refugees from an on-going war zone, the majority of who will be women and children. Not like the majority of the small boat crossing migrants and 'asylum-seekers' shipped up from the south coast of England, who are mostly young adult men.

And there are plenty of 'do-gooders' keen to help these 'New Scots' settle and colonise Scotland.

We have also utilised this space to invite many organisations to meet with Inverclyde's New Scots, many of which have now connected with a variety of organisations & services.

They actually voted in on of Anas Sarwar's colleagues, another Labour Party figure who thinks that Sir Keir Starmer is an effective national Labour Party leader and Prime Minister!

British Movement Scotland does not support the Conservative Party or Reform UK but this by-election campaign revealed a lot of what is wrong in British and Scottish politics.

The Reform UK ads and election material attacking Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar was a step in the right direction and certainly wound up the political Left, with whining voices from both the SNP and Labour Party condemning the criticism of Anas Sarwar.

Give us strength! Anas Sarwar actually issued a press statement saying that; "What the vast majority of people in Scotland see is someone who is one of their own, is a Scot and is working hard to change the country."

Seriously! Anas Sarwar actually believes that the majority of Scots see him as "someone who is one of their own, is a Scot"?

Does this look like someone who is 'one of our own, is a Scot' ?

And one left-wing journalist went so far as to say that the Reform UK criticism of Anas Sarwar was "a toxic, racist and dis-honest dog-whistle".

Which pretty much ignores Anas Sarwar's speech earlier this year, previously covered on the BM Scotland blog, the speech which the Reform UK advert was referencing.

This kind of political manipulation is how the cultural Marxists, communists and the globalists introduce the Great Replacement by stealth.

This kind of rhetoric manipulates the truth and ignores our history and heritage, by calling migrants and asylum-seekers 'New Scots' is part of the Great Replacement because now anyone from any part of the world can become a 'Scot'.
